Dr. Leanne Wong is an Aesthetic Physician with special interest in non-invasive facial aesthetics. Dr. Wong, born to a Chinese mother and a Haitian father, moved from Curaçao, a Dutch Caribbean island, to the Netherlands to study medicine at the VU University of Amsterdam. After medical school, Dr. Wong interned for two years in the General Surgery department and four years in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Pursuing her keen interest in and appreciation for aesthetics, she completed a two year specialty program in Aesthetic Medicine, where she graduated as the first class of Aesthetic Physicians certified by the Dutch Association of Aesthetic Medicine at the University of Amsterdam. During her medical career, Dr. Wong was also involved in education and taught plastic surgery courses to students enrolled in surgical assistant training programs. To keep up with the latest developments and innovations in Aesthetic Medicine, Dr. Wong attends a variety of continuing medical education courses and congresses throughout the year.

In her spare time, Dr. Wong enjoys spending time with her family. She seeks new experiences through traveling and learning new skills. She also blogs about delicious food and keeps up with her fitness through Crossfit. She is able to accomplish all of this through the unconditional support of her family and friends.
